TrumpRx Fertility Medication Discounts

Discounted fertility medications are now available for patients paying out of pocket under an agreement between the federal government and the pharmaceutical manufacturer EMD Serono. Fertility medications are used in IUI, IVF, egg freezing, and egg donation treatment cycles to stimulate egg production by the ovaries and/or to ensure the uterus is ready for insemination or embryo implantation.

Discounted Medications & How to Access Them

Under TrumpRx, eligible patients may receive discounted pricing on three injectable medications that are used in many fertility treatment protocols:

  • GONAL-f, prescribed to stimulate ovarian follicle development
  • Cetrotide, prescribed to prevent premature ovulation so eggs mature for retrieval properly
  • Ovidrel, used as a “trigger shot” to induce ovulation
